Making an Offer

Before the offer to purchase is created, it is very important that you have been at least pre-qualified or better yet pre-approved by a lender. It shows the seller that you are financially able to purchase the home. It is also important to know what price range offers you a monthly payment you are comfortable with and what type of loan program best suits your needs.  Working with a reputable lender is just as important as working with a reputable Realtor.  After you have found the right home, it is time to prepare the offer.

Knowing all you can about a prospective home, not only helps you decide if it's the home of your dreams, but what offer to make as well. I can help  you get your key questions answered and give you advice on how to evaluate your findings. It is good to know what similiar properties have recently sold for, what the current market is like, and what the area has to offer for your specific needs.  This is a big purchase, one of the biggest of your lifetime, so being prepared and having good information and representation is important.

We can go through the Purchase Contract and supporting documents together to make sure you have a clear understanding of what you are signing and offering.  I will be hear to guide you through the process of making the offer, and then the escrow period to get you to your new home!
